Since this most recent worldwide depression began (That's what I call it!), one fact has been made clear: Almost all of the money is in the hands of corporations and the very wealthy. I'm not crying sour grapes here, just stating a fact. So, after a couple of years of trying to sell my excess and unwanted stuff (unsuccessfully, I might add), I finally began looking at alternatives. Trading, Swapping, and Barter came to mind and show up in research as being great ways to change the unwanted into the wanted. This web site I've put together is a convenient place to send people who are wanting to trade and want to see more detail of what I have for sale / trade and what I'm looking for. I'm willing to partial trade, ie some money and some goods for my stuff. Especially with real estate. You could make a great down payment on one of my homes with your motorcycle, RV, or sailboat, for example. Then make regular payments that mutually suite our needs until it's paid off. No credit checks necessary. I'm willing to swap even. I'm even willing to swap to your advantage! That means that you can expect to get something priced higher than your item in a straight trade with me. Like I said, I've been trying to sell my stuff for a couple of years and am really ready to get on with my retirement. Most traders I see are inflating their values and demanding an advantageous trade... not so with me. Let's both be fair and happy, shall we? Please keep in mind, I've researched my stuff really well and have arrived at a price that the current market should bear. Please don't inflate your price thinking I just fell off a turnip truck. I know the value of a lot of things and will be doing additional research before accepting any trades. I would assume you'll do the same. If you think my price is "off" let me know and tell me why. Tell me what price you think is fair. Ya never know, I could be wrong. If you're in love with your stuff, don't bother. You have to be ready to make it go away in order to be happy and successful trading it. That way, you can fit trades more easily and successfully. If you're in love with it, you'll demand a higher-than-realistic price and even then not want to let it go. This is not a business, nor am I a professional online trader. I'm just a guy who wants to try and convert assets into cash or other assets for my retirement. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Jim Beerstecher Whitney, Texas
